Our staff are trained to approach people in a professional and discreet manner, so we don’t have to let the candidate know who referred them. Just remember that even if someone appears to be blissfully happy in their position, it may be that we have an even better position to tempt them with!

Conditions: The person(s) you recommend must not be already registered with Grosvenor Maxwell Ltd. There is no limit to the amount of people that you can refer. Before any money becomes payable to you, any permanent referral(s) that we find a position for must complete their 3 month probation period. Contract staff must work 200 hours on a single or concurrent assignment(s).
