Technical Co-ordinator required for New Build Social Housing
Technical Co-ordinator required to take responsibility for 2 to 3 projects depending on size. Projects would range from between £1 and £4mil and 12 to 30 units per project.
Successful applicants require an understanding of The Code of Sustainable Homes (CfSH). The position is office based in Surrey, but the successful candidate will be expected to visit projects. Car or car allowance will be part of package.
