Technical Manager required for New Build Social Housing. Based Surrey / London
Technical Manager required with the capability of running projects up to £20 mil when required and working up front on tender works, due diligence and viability of schemes. The successful candidate will also produce reports to be discussed at board level regarding potential projects whist managing day to day activities of projects and Technical Co-ordinators.
Applicants must have a good understanding of various construction methods along with a good understanding of The Code for Sustainable Homes (CfSH).
Applications are invited from Design and Build, Developer and Architectural backgrounds, but only applicants with the relevant New Build Social Housing experience and knowledge of CfSH will be considered.
