This Client is a Regional Main Contractor based in Surrey who cover New Build Projects in the Health, Education, Commercial, Retail and Leisure Sectors ranging from £5m - £30m in value.They are looking to recruit a Design Manager to work on alongside the Pre Construction team on Bids, taking a Project through from the 'front end' stage to Site and then onto Completion. Candidates can come from either a Main Contracting, Architectural or Structural Engineering background, but must have excellent understanding of Pre and Post Design Management. An excellent Salary and Package is on offer for the right individual.
