No.2 Project Manager required for large residential development - South London
Senior Site Manager / Project Manager required for large residential development. The scheme in total will be 700 units and my client requires an enthusiastic PM or Junior PM to take the project from inception through principle contractor and on to main build and fit out. The successful candidate must have prior RC Frame experience and must have constructed similar type and size projects in the past, from inception through to completion and locked door. The development will be built in phases.
Responsibilities will include taking control of all construction matters on site, managing sub contractors quality throughout the build including the finished product, coordinate other activities throughout the scheme including technical and sales related items. Ensure full compliance of Health and Safety procedures, review and amend the programme continuously, monitor the sub contract programmes, chair various on site meetings with Site Management and Sub contractors and all other duties of a Project Manager to ensure the smooth running of the project and the completion on time and to the correct specification.
Current First Aid - SMSTS - CSCS
NHBC Awards would be advantageous
This position may be suitable for a good Senior Site Manager (No.2) making the move into Project Management, which is why Junior Project Manager is written above.
