This Client is a Regional Main Contractor who cover New Build and Refurbishment projects in the Education, Commercial, Residential, Healthcare and Leisure Sectors. They are looking to recruit a Site Based Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for a £10m, D&B, RC Frame Affordable Housing scheme in South West London. Reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be the No2 Surveyor on Site. Duties will include Measurements, Variations, CV R's, Sub Contact Procurement, Final Accounts, etc. Candidates will have at least 3 Years Quantity Surveying experience within Main Contracting. An excellent Salary and Package is being offered.
