This Client is a Main Contractor who cover projects in the Health, Education, Affordable Housing, Commercial and Leisure Sectors. They are looking to recruit an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for a £19m D&B Affordable Housing scheme in South London. Reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor, duties will include Sub Contract Procurement, Measurements, Variations, CVR's, final Accounts, etc. Candidates must have at least 3 - 5 Years Quantity Surveying experience within Main Contracting, and ideally have worked on D&B Affordable Housing projects before. Candidates will also be working towards HND or be Degree Qualified. An excellent Salary and Package is being offered.
