This Client is a Regional Main Contractor who cover New Build Projects in the Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Leisure, Industrial and Retail Sectors. They are looking to recruit a Site Manager for a £6m D&B, Steel Frame Community Centre in Surrey. Reporting into a Site Based Project Manager, you will be responsible for all day to day Site Activities including Sub Contractors, Health & Safety, Programme, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Daily Diary, liaising with Architects / Engineers, etc. Candidates will have a stable proven track record with top 30 Main Contractors, and have worked on similar size and type of projects before. An excellent Salary and Package is on offer.
