Site Manager required to oversee the externals and the form work of this £6mil refurbishment in London.
The successful candidate will be from an engineering background and take control of the externals of the job, a new entrance, excavation and form in of a new basemen t cafeteria and external landscaping. As well as being able to check levels and setting out the right candidate for the job will be happy to assist on the engineering when necessary to ensure the timely completion of the project.
Reporting to the onsite Project Manager, this position is on a contract / freelance basis, once externals and form works are completed the successful candidate may be asked to remain on the team through to fit out and completion.
