This Client is a Regional Main Contractor based in the Northern Home Counties, who cover New Build projects in the Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Leisure, and Government Sectors. They are looking to recruit a Project Manager for a £5m New Build School Extension in Cambridge. Reporting into a Visiting Contracts Manager, you will have Overall Responsibility for the Construction Programme and Managing a Site Team. Candidates must have a stable proven track record, and will have worked for top 30 Main Contractors before, having run Projects between £5m - £20m in value.
