This Client is a Regional Main Contractor based in the Northern Home Counties, who cover projects in the Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Leisure, and Government Sectors. They are looking to recruit a Working Foreman / Small Works Agent for Refurbishment and Fit-Out Projects ranging from £50k - £300k in value for a Blue Chip Client. Reporting into a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for all Site Activities, and ensuring Sub Contractors work is done to the correct standard, and getting involved on the tools when needed. Candidates will have worked within Main Contracting before, and have experience on Fast Track, Fit -Out / Refurbishment Projects.
