This Client is a Regional Main Contractor who cover Projects in the Education, Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Leisure Sectors. They are looking to recruit a Design Manager for a £13m D&B, RC Frame, Student Accommodation in Central London. Candidates must have 10 Years experience in Design Management or Coordination, and can come from a Main Contracting or Architectural background, and will have and understanding of Pre and Post Design Management.
