This Client is a Hampshire based Main Contractor who cover New Build and Refurbishment projects in the Healthcare, Residential, Education, Commercial and Leisure sectors ranging from £500k - £3m in value. They are looking to recruit a Site Manager for a £1.2m New Build Accommodation Block in High Wycombe. Candidates must have a stable, proven track record within Main Contracting, and have worked on similar size and type of projects before. You will be responsible for Health & Safety, Sub Contractors, and all other day to day Site Duties, reporting into a Visiting Contracts Manager. Candidates must have all relevant Health & Safety Training. A competitive Salary and Package is being offered.
