Project Manager required South East London Residential Project
Project Manager required for this 132 unit, RC Frame residential project in South East London.
The build programme is spread over three individual blocks and has a total build value circa £14 million.
The successful Project Manager will take the project from inception through to completion and have overall control of the Project, reporting to a Project Director. Direct reports will include the Site Management Team, the Surveying Team, the Technical team and Trade Contractors.
Attributes of the successful candidates will include the ability to communicate at all levels, project planning and monitoring skills, experience of Project Management on a residential Project, adaptable with a ‘can do’ attitude that can change with the needs of the business.
Applicants will only be considered if they have had Project Management experience of similar sized projects and have previously built RC Frame residential projects.
