This Client is a Main Contractor based in Hampshire who cover New Build and Refurbishment projects in the Health, Education, Residential and Local Authority Sectors ranging from £500k - £5m in value. They are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager who will be responsible for multiple projects, reporting into a Director. You will be dealing with all Contracts Management duties including, running Site Teams, Liaising and dealing with Clients, and ensuring all Projects are completed on time and to Budget. The ideal individual will have worked for recognised Regional Main Contractors in the Hampshire, Sussex area before and know the market in these areas. An excellent salary and package is being offered.
