Senior Quantity Surveyor required for Decent Homes / Social Housing in North London
Senior Quantity Surveyor required to join a good sized main contractor on a Decent Homes / Social Housing Scheme, based in North London.
The successful candidate must have prior Decent Homes / Social Housing experience and worked within similar environments in the past.
The project is a mixture of refurbishment of Social Housing with Tenants in Situ and also part new build.
Applicants must be Senior Quantity Surveyors with a minimum of 5 years experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor and must have worked previously on Social Housing and Decent Homes Projects.
