This Client is a Regional Main Contractor who cover projects in the Health, Education, Leisure, Residential and Commercial Sectors. They are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to run a secured £28m D&B Education Project in South East London. Candidate must have a stable, proven track record, having worked for Top 30 Main Contractors on projects of a similar size and type. Reporting into a visiting Operations Director, you will have overall responsibility for the Project and its Production and Commercial Programmes, other duties will include Managing the Site Teams and Client Liaison, etc. An excellent salary and package is on offer.
