This Client is a Regional Main Contractor who cover projects in the Health, Education, Leisure, Residential and Commercial Sectors. They are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a £28m D&B Education Project in South East London. Candidates must have a stable, proven track record, having worked for Top 30 Main Contractors on projects of a similar size and type. Reporting into a Commercial Director, you will have overall responsibility for the Commercial Programme and Managing a team of Surveyors. Duties will include Measurements, Variations, Sub Contract Procurement / Payments Cost Plans, etc. An excellent salary and package is on offer.
