Site Manager / Assistant / Foreman required for freelance contract - 4 months in High Wycombe
A Site Foreman / Manager is required for 16 weeks of external works on the grounds of a large Country House. Looking after a team of ground workers you will be required to do all site setting out, all the levels and organise and plan the schedule of work on site. This will include drainage, retaining walls and the management of large amounts of spoil.
The successful candidate will have the required setting out experience and be able to manage a team of 5 or 6 ground workers and their machinery. Have prior experience of organising and planning jobs from inception through to completion and keep a tidy site that adheres to Heath and Safety requirements.
