Site Manager required for Timber Frame residential development.
Site Manager required in West London to build 5 Timber Frame town houses.
Project consists of 5 small timber frame, brick skin town houses on a very tight site in West London.
The site has no parking, so the successful candidate will need to live in West London and travel to work using public transport networks.
Applicant must have experience of similar type projects, timber frame, tight limited access and overall control on site reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager.
Applicants must also have an up to date First Aid Certificate and 5 day CITB / SMSTS certificate.
This is a freelance / contract position which will run for 6 months or more and the hourly rate advertised is only a guide and may vary.
