Senior Quantity Surveyor required for Main Contractor
Senior Quantity Surveyor required for projects typically between £2mil and £20mil in size within Social Housing and Education sectors based to the West of London.
This is a freelance / contract position which will convert to a permanent position at a later date. Ideally the candidate will have career aspirations to be a Managing QS in the near future.
The successful candidate will be experienced in large heavy construction projects £20 mil, being able to take projects from the early stages through to final accounts, whilst having the knowledge and know how to manage multiple smaller accounts £2mil at any one time.
