This Client is a Main Contractor who cover projects in the Health, Education, Leisure, Commercial and Listed / Heritage Sectors ranging from £500k - £6m in value. They are looking to recruit a Site Manager for work coming up at Oxford University. Candidates must have a stable, proven track record within Main Contracting, have worked as a No1 on projects up to £5m in value, and have College/University experience. Reporting into a Visiting Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for all day to day Site Activities including Health & Safety, Sub Contractors, Daily Diary, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Programme, Client Liaison, etc. An Excellent salary and package is on offer.
