Intermediate Quantity Surveyor required to join a Main Contractor for a large new build development consisting of 400 new build Mixed Tenure Homes, Retail Units, Student Accommodation, Hotel and Commercial space.
The successful candidate is initially required for the development of new build apartments as part of the scheme mentioned above.
Applicants must have a sustained work history and have prior experience of new build apartments for mixed tenure use.
