Project Manager required large 500 unit residential project
Project Manager required to oversee the production of 500 traditional build properties over a 6 year build program. The first phase of which is 68 units.
The successful candidate will have excellent experience in new build traditionally built projects and have the knowledge, knowhow and drive to complete such a project. Also, the management skills to manage a successful site team, meeting short and long term schedules and targets and the ability to proactively promote good working practice across the development.
The ideal candidate will have a sustained, proven work history with current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
