Project Manager required for a major external refit in Hastings.
The project includes four 16 storey tower blocks, work will include cladding the blocks with mast climbers, and there is also major landscaping as part of the project. Internally, soil stacks are to be replaced.
Two of the blocks are sheltered accommodation and many of the residents are elderly.
The successful candidate will have worked on Social Housing projects in the past, with experience of major external refits. Have a good understanding of the working practice in such environments and be experienced in dealing with issues that arise on such projects.
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid will be advantageous to applicants.
