This Client is a Main Contractor who cover projects in the New Build Affordable Housing Sector. They are looking to recruit a Project Manager for a £5m D&B Traditional Brick/Block, 75 Bed, Care Home in Gloucester area. Candidates will have a stable proven track record within Main Contracting, and have worked on New Build Social Housing projects as Project Manager before. Reporting into a Visiting Contracts Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the Project. Other duties will include Managing the Site Team including Site Agent, Engineer, Design Coordinator and Quantity Surveyor, and dealing with Health & Safety, Sub Contractors, Client and Architects, etc. An excellent salary and package is on offer.
