Senior Site Manager for a 40m, New Build, 190 unit RC Frame Social/Affordable Housing scheme in Berkshire.
Working alongside and reporting into a Site Based Project Manager, you will be working closely with and supervising a Sub Contractor Packages, Health & Safety, Programme, Managing a Site Team, Client Liaison, Dealing with External Consultants / Designers, Progress Meetings, RAMS, etc.
Candidates will have worked and delivered similar types of Projects from start to finish before.
