We are currently looking for Recruitment Consultants to work in our Twickenham and Dundee offices on established, expanding desks, within highly profitable teams.

We offer an excellent training program and lots of support. We operate a mentoring system, working closely with experienced consultants and as well as on the job training, we also offer external training and the opportunity to work towards professional qualifications within the industry.

We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants with either a related degree or previous recruitment or sales experience. A confident phone manner and an interest in the built environment would also be beneficial.

Duties

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Review candidate applications, manage the interview process and obtain client/candidate feedback following interview.
  • Headhunt - identify and approach suitable candidates.
  • Use sales, business development and marketing techniques to attract business from existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop a good understanding of your target clients through meetings, telephone calls, email and market research.
  • Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts within a range of media.
  • Draft cv's, produce job descriptions and advertise vacancies.

  • Adhere to company processes, especially legal and financial control.

We offer a competitive basic salary, along with an unrivalled commission plan (which is uncapped) and an additional quarterly bonus.
